Jingasa inspired us to create a hat for the line of Japanese Fairy Tales — a samurai hat. Traditional Japanese hats are called kasa. There are several different styles, one of which is Jingasa. Jingasa means a camp hat, a type of hat worn by Japanese warriors when traveling or encamped. Almost all hats were painted. Mostly, thir color was black. Styles of hats were assigned by rank. The samurais in feudal Japan, as well as their retainers and ashigaru "footsoldiers", used several types of jingasa made from iron, copper, wood, paper, bamboo, or leather.

Дзингаса, вдохновившая нас на создание шляпы для линии Japanese Fairy Tales, — это шляпа самурая. Традиционные японские шляпы называются кас(ш)а.
