Sumochka is an embroidered handbag like an aesthetic bag-purse, bag-pocket. Made of calf leather with a silver chain handle. An embroidered handbags were part of the Russian traditional women's costume. They were made in the form of bags, which were tightened with a cord and worn on the belt. These were bags-purses, made of natural materials, traditionally made of velvet or silk fabrics, sometimes there were handbags made of calf leather or suede. Such handbags could be presented as a valuable gift. Aesthetic appearance played an important role. They were embroidered with silver threads, and a string or chain was used as a handle. Embroidered handbags for the first time began to play the role of real accessories.

Sumochka — эстетическая сумка-кошелек, сумка-карман, которая выполнена из кожи теленка с серебряной ручкой-цепочкой. Вышитые сумочки были частью русского традиционного женского костюма. Их выполняли в виде мешочков, которые затягивались шнурком и носили на поясе. Это были сумки-кошельки из натуральных материалов — традиционно из бархатных или шелковых тканей, иногда встречались сумочки из кожи теленка или замши. Такие сумочки могли преподноситься в качестве ценного подарка. Важную роль играл эстетический внешний вид: их расшивали серебряными нитями, а в качестве ручки использовался шнурок или цепочка.
